What is hydrosol? Lavender hydrosol is one of two products resulting from the steam distillation of lavender and is also sometimes referred to as lavender flower water. Not as strong as it's essential oil counterpart, lavender hydrosol has a lighter, floral scent with a woodsy undertone and has many useful applications.
